Herb Spoon

Herb is a real estate broker, a long-term real estate investor, and a former corporate executive in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. While working as a real estate broker during the past 20 years, he has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Real Estate Agents in San Antonio on several occasions. Herb's wife Sue is a dedicated volunteer adopting rescue cats to good homes (including four very spoiled furballs that now reside with Herb and Sue). Having spent his first 18 years of life in a career military family experiencing frequent relocations and his subsequent lengthy career with several healthcare companies relocating often throughout the U.S., Herb developed a unique perspective which has enabled him to effectively relate and empathize with most of the issues and concerns that his real estate clients and their children of various ages are likely to experience during their move to their new home.
