Add to the mix the J-O-B and the family, and well, who has time to sort through all of the staging Do’s and Don’ts?

Not to worry.  Here’s your solution. These are inexpensive and timing saving staging tips.  They are great bang for the buck.

You need to buy these 6 things:

1. Mulch -dark, mulch around the trees to give a rich background to the light brown trunk & green leaves

2. Potted Plants- it’s hot, things are burning up.  Buy some colorful pots that you can plant a few hardy plants in to set at the entry to the house or patio

3. Fresh flowers- big, fresh flowers will pop on the virtual tour photos and pull buyers in

4. Fresh bowls of fruit- says healthy, natural life style…who doesn’t want that?

5. Fresh Bedding- make it bright, new bedding is easy on the eyes and gives a room a fresh appeal

6. Bright, Fluffy Pillows- Big and bright and fluffy pillows make every sofa, chair or bed seem more comfortable, more stylish and almost new.

Happy Staging!
