River Terrace Subdivision was approved in 1981 for 37 lots. I was told at the city that the plat is still good! The subdivision improvements will need to be constructed. Water and Wastewater lines appear to be a short distance away. Will the seller offer owner financing? Will the Seller construct the infrastructure in exchange for lot purchase commitments? Will the seller consider creative deal structures? Maybe!
