All construction not on original house plans, must be approved by the Padre Isles Architectural Control Committee. If you have questions regarding standards or procedures for obtaining ACC approval for construction within Padre Isles, please contact the Padre Isles Property Owners Association. Their approval is only based on the aesthetics. The approval should not be taken as any certification as to the construction worthiness and/or structural integrity of the change you propose.
