Principal Broker, CEO:

Rick Kuper has had his real estate license since 1988.  He has been consistently recognized as the Top Realtor in San Antonio.  Since 2003, he has sold over $120M.  Prior to real estate, he was President of his own company for 10+ years.  Rick has always been actively involved in community service and presently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Harry Jersig Center at Our Lady of the Lake University. 

  Chief Operating Officer:
Danielle Kieschnick has10 yrs. in High technology working for companies such as Motive, Inc., MessageOne, and Rackspace.  Her experience includes Employee Relations, Recruiting, HR and Business Development.  She has also owned her own Real Estate Development Company, Kieschnick Properties, buying, selling, building and remodeling residential homes for 8 years.  She has a BS degree from University of Texas at Austin.
 


VP, Sales:

Dave Phillips has over 30 years of experience managing and owning several brokerages during his career. He obtained his real estate license in 1974 and has been a well respected member of the San Antonio real estate community since 1983. Dave has been honored as Realtor-of-the-Year and Manager-of-the-Year several times. After moving to San Antonio, he served on the Board of Directors of both the San Antonio Board of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors, and was chairman of numerous committees. He is also a Past President of the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce. Former positions include serving as the Office Manager of Guy Chipman for 6 years, and Sales Manager of the Phyllis Browning Company for 17 years.

 

VP, Finance & Administration: 

Mary Hitt, a CPA, has 33+ years working as a key financial manager working for companies and roles such as Treasurer, Director of Finance for PlanetLink Commmunications, VP of Finance for The Mini-Blind Company, and VP of Finance for C.H Guenther and Son.  In addition, she was the principal of Hitt & Associates, her own corporate financial consulting firm.   She has also served on the Board of Directors for PlanetLink.  She has a BA Degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and also attended St. Mary’s University.  She is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, the San Antonio Chapter of CPAs and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

 

VP, Relocation:

Francis Beauchamp, CRP.  Having been a licensed real estate agent and associated with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty . since 1986, she has concentrated on relocation since 1991.  The department’s comprehensive San Antonio School Directory and Welcome Home to San Antonio Kit are updated annually and have helped smooth the transition for many newcomers to San Antonio.  Francis has worked with the following corporations and relocation management companies: Clarke American Checks, Valero Energy Corporation, Taco Cabana, Tesoro, KCI, HEB, AT&T, AmeriCorp Global Relocation, Cendant Mobility Services, ProSource, EDS, TRN Global Solutions, and Paragon Decision Resources, Inc.
 

Sales Manager, North Office: 

Ruby Garcia’s experience includes 10 years of Sales Management & Director experience with an emphasis in multi-account/project management, sales production & employee training & career development for Fortune 500 Companies. Her experience also includes Marketing and Print Advertising Sales as well as Human Resources and Employee Relations training.
