Dave Phillips has over 30 years of experience managing and owning several brokerages during his career. He obtained his real estate license in 1974 and has been a well respected member of the San Antonio real estate community since 1983. Dave has been honored as Realtor-of-the-Year and Manager-of-the-Year several times. After moving to San Antonio, he served on the Board of Directors of both the San Antonio Board of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors, and was chairman of numerous committees. He is also a Past President of the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce. Former positions include serving as the Office Manager of Guy Chipman for 6 years, and Sales Manager of the Phyllis Browning Company for 17 years.

VP, Finance & Administration: Mary Hitt, a CPA, has 33+ years working as a key financial manager working for companies and roles such as Treasurer, Director of Finance for PlanetLink Commmunications, VP of Finance for The Mini-Blind Company, and VP of Finance for C.H Guenther and Son. In addition, she was the principal of Hitt & Associates, her own corporate financial consulting firm. She has also served on the Board of Directors for PlanetLink. She has a BA Degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and also attended St. Mary’s University. She is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, the San Antonio Chapter of CPAs and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
