Rick Kuper has had his real estate license since 1988. He has been consistently recognized as the Top Realtor in San Antonio. Since 2003, he has sold over $120M. Prior to real estate, he was President of his own company for 10+ years. Rick has always been actively involved in community service and presently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Harry Jersig Center at Our Lady of the Lake University.

J Kuper is third generation at Kuper Sotheby's International Realty with a background in residential and commercial transactions. Prior to joining the company, J worked in the construction industry as Project Manager for Fort Construction, LP with a focus on retail and multi-story office development as well as residential construction projects for Meritage Homes. He began his career in the technology sector as Business Development Manager for Handango, a leading provider of software and content for mobile devices, and owned relationships with top tier clients such as AOL, Sprint, Research In Motion and Amazon.com. J actively serves his community as City Councilman for the City of Boerne where he is currently the youngest councilmen in the city's 150+ year history. He also volunteers with Junior Achievement and is an active member of his church. J is a graduate of Texas Christian University.

Francis Beauchamp, CRP, has been a licensed real estate agent and associated with Kuper Sotheby's International Realty since 1986. She has concentrated on relocation since 1991, and produces the department's comprehensive San Antonio School Directory and Welcome Home to San Antonio Kit which are updated annually and have helped smooth the transition for many newcomers to San Antonio. Francis has worked with the following corporations and relocation management companies: Clarke American Checks, Valero Energy Corporation, Taco Cabana, Tesoro, KCI, HEB, AT&T, AmeriCorp Global Relocation, Cendant Mobility Services, ProSource, EDS, TRN Global Solutions, and Paragon Decision Resources, Inc.

Ruby Ng joined Kuper Sotheby's International Realty in 2004 as the Sales Manager of our Northwest San Antonio office located at The Commons of the Dominion. Prior to joining Kuper SIR, Ruby worked with West Corporation as an Operations Director. While employed with the leading communications company, Ruby focused on sales through customer relationship management for Fortune 1000 companies. Ruby's work emphasis also included quality assurance, employee coaching, training and manager development. Ruby is currently studying business administration and business management.

Brianne joined Kuper Sotheby's International Realty in 2004. Previous to joing the company she was office administrator for CFS Forming Structures where she was in charge of handling major projects such as the SBC Center and La Cantera. Brianne has 10 years experience of handling different aspects of accounting for restaurants, construction companies, non profit organizations, as well as the real estate industry. Brianne also obtained her real estate license in 2010 and is also a graduate from the The University of Texas at San Antonio.
